AC Milan, 1991/92. Fabio Capello's Milan went through the whole league season without losing, the start of an unbeaten league run that stretched to 58 matches across three seasons. Still: 12 of those 34 games were draws.

Juventus, 2011/12. The first club to go unbeaten across a 38-matchday Serie A season under Antonio Conte — 23 wins, 15 draws. Unbeaten, yes. Perfect? Fifteen times no.

Perugia, 1978/79. The strangest entry: Perugia finished the season unbeaten and didn't even win the title — too many draws left them second behind Milan. Proof that not losing and winning everything are entirely different sports.
