How to Play 38-0-0 Serie A

38-0-0 Serie A is a free browser draft game. You spin to draw a real Serie A club and season, draft one player from that historic squad into your XI, and repeat until the team is complete. Then the full 38-matchday season plays out — the dream result is 38 wins, 0 draws, 0 losses.

The goal

A modern Serie A season is 38 games, and no real club has ever won them all — the unbeaten seasons of Juventus and Milan were full of draws, as our piece on the perfect Serie A season explains. Getting close is the game: every run ends with a final record, a league position measured against a real historical table, and a place on the leaderboard.

Step by step

1. Set your rules. Formation (six shapes), difficulty (Easy to Nightmare), ratings visible or hidden, and whether you draft from all 55 clubs or lock yourself to a single one. Decide before you spin — from the first spin the rules lock until the draft is done.
2. Spin. The wheel draws a club-and-season pairing, for example Fiorentina 01/02. You see the players who really wore that shirt that year.
3. Draft. Pick one player and place him in a glowing slot. Positions must match — a striker cannot fill a centre-back slot — and once placed, a player never comes off. Every pick is final.
4. Spend your rerolls wisely. You get two for the whole draft, not per spin: use them to change club or season. When they are gone, you keep what the wheel gives you.
5. Play the season. All 38 matchdays are simulated minute by minute with named scorers on both sides. The league table and the capocannoniere (top scorer) chart update after every matchday.

The two draft formats

Eleven is the classic: eleven spins, and each player goes straight into a slot on the pitch. When a legend appears who fits nothing you have left, you waste him or play him out of position — that tension is the format.

Squad of 16 flips the order: you draft sixteen players without assigning positions, under a guaranteed minimum per line (1 goalkeeper, 5 defenders, 5 midfielders, 3 attackers), and only at the end choose the shape and the starting XI. The five on the bench still feed team strength at a reduced weight. The two formats have separate leaderboards.

Ways to play

• Solo — your rules, your pace.
• Daily challenge — a new challenge at midnight UTC. The whole world draws the identical sequence of spins under rules picked by the date, so today's board compares skill, not luck. Only your first finished season of the day counts.
• Duel — a 1v1 against a friend, best of 1, 3 or 5 seasons. You both receive the same spins; whoever builds the better season wins.

Difficulty and the leaderboard

Easy, Normal, Hard and Nightmare change how strong your 38 opponents are and how clinically they finish. The world leaderboard ranks perfect seasons first, then wins, then points, then goals conceded — and each difficulty and format is ranked separately, so a 38-0-0 on Nightmare only competes against other Nightmare runs.
